Renting with a pet can have its challenges no matter where you live, but finding the right community can be incredibly rewarding. Kielo at Grass Valley Apartments knows your pets are happiest right by your side and that’s why we allow up to two pets per household.
Kielo at Grass Valey is purr-fectly surrounded by walking and running trails and is minutes from Pacific Community Park and many others, which offers beautiful scenery and plenty of recreational space for you and your animals to enjoy.
We ask that all pets are kept on a leash at all times when walking around property grounds. All pet owners are responsible to quickly and completely clean up after their pets, to maintain a safe and clean living environment for all. Pet owners are welcome to use extra doggy bags at the provided doggy stations, where they can also easily dispose of waste.

Comments: Pet Fees are Per Pet. Pet must be under 35lbs on upper levels. Combined weight for 2 pets cannot exceed 100 lbs.
Restrictions: BREED RESTRICTIONS: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier (American or English), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, Mastiff (Bull or Cane Corsos), Malamute, Husky, Presa Canario, American Bull Dog, Great Dane, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any hybrids, combinations, or mixes of the above.
